2026-27 Storage Sticker Renewals

9/1/2026 – 9/2/2027 Bay Scene Storage (Wine Cellar) and Boat, Kayak, and Bike Stickers are now available.

$360.00 each—Wine Cellar Storage
(Storage Areas located in Tower 3, no sticker)

$480.00 each—Large Boat Storage
Storage area near beach for large Boats, no sticker

$15 each—Bikes stored in the garage racks
(Bikes parked in front of your designated parking space exempt)

$30 each—Numbered kayak/SUP board storage racks
Beach Racks and Tower 2 Elevator Racks

Fees must be paid and new stickers displayed by September 30, 2026.
*BIKE LOCKS WILL BE REMOVED FROM NON-STICKERED BICYCLES IN COMMON AREA RACKS BY OCTOBER 15, 2026*

Non-renewed areas and equipment will be considered abandoned and will be subject to removal after September 30, 2026

NOTE—Always Double check your rack number!

Beach Racks begin with N (North), M (Middle), or S (South) followed by the number
Garage Racks begin with G followed by the number
