Progress Report & Upcoming Homeowner Forum

The latest progress report update for the window curtain wall replacement project is attached showing its progress through Friday, June 27th.  Based on this information, this project is approximately 56% complete. The dates in the light green cells are projections provided by Nautilus GC and are subject to change.  Also, please note, HIGH NOISE activities are pointed out, along with the duration of the tasks.  Hopefully, this will be helpful information.

A Homeowner Forum is scheduled for Saturday, 06 September at 10:00 am, both in the Bay Scene clubhouse and on Zoom.  The purpose of this Forum is to give both a progress- and financial-update of all five projects included in the $14.45M Special Assessment approved 9 August 2023.  We highly encourage you to attend.  We will be showing how far the Special Assessment funds will go in meeting all the requirements associated with the projects.  A draft agenda for the forum is below.
