Window Cleaning Services

The method for window washing has recently changed. The former method of hoisting a person down the curtain wall while hand washing the windows is no longer legal due to safety concerns. While the new method, using a long pole and washing from the ground level is adequate, it will never be as good as the former method, but that is the best solution we have for Bay Scene.

The Association has coördinated with DMS Facility Services, a professional vendor who is already familiar with the specific scope of work required for our community. For those owners who would like to have their windows cleaned more frequently than the Association’s normal cleaning schedule, the preferred vendor, DMS Facility Services, is available at the contact information below.

Please note that this service is entirely optional and separate from the regular Association maintenance. Homeowners who choose to participate will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor.
