Last week two unauthorized visitors gained access to Bay Scene and stole property. One of those individuals is shown on the security camera below…
Read MoreThe Board wishes to inform homeowners that someone gained entrance into the Bay Scene complex Tuesday night around 1:30 am using a fob provided to a vendor. The fob was in one of the lock boxes on the railing in front of Tower 3.
It appears the lock box was cut and removed sometime after 5:00 pm Monday night. The fob was taken from the lock box and used to gain entrance all over the complex; including the front lobby, where the suspect was seen stealing packages and in the garage where he broke into at least three cars (two with broken windows). Management has filed a police report on the break in and is following up to provide all available assistance in identifying and apprehending the perpetrator…
Read MoreThis is my last statement as President/Director of our Owner’s Association. Since moving here in 2004 I have been on the Board at least 10 of those years with several of them serving as your President. I think we can all say that’s more than enough and I’ve decided now is the time for me to hang up my spurs. It has been an honor and a pleasure being involved in the day-to-day operations of the Association’s business. Even dealing with all of the various comments and complaints has been rewarding, as without them the Board would never be challenged to remain responsive to our community…

For the past two years, it’s been the job of the Architectural Committee to assist the board with various projects that have to do with design and appearance…
Read MoreWhen our committee was formed, one of our first assigned projects was to address the clutter of mismatched signs at Bay Scene. A photographic inventory was made to show us the extent of the problem. With the signs produced by different boards over the years for different purposes, there is very little consistency. We currently have a jumble of different designs and colors with a few duplications…
Read MoreAll of us at Bay Scene have spent a bundle over the years upgrading our interior and patio areas, but somehow our street side always seems to get overlooked. It’s unfortunate because studies by the National Association of Realtors show that the street side of a property is the one area that has the greatest impact on property values...both up and down…
Read MoreAs a Bay Scene committee member, you sometimes have to look hard for ways to solve problems. It can take many hours for just one small success. But the fun part of the job is when you can come up with a solution that's logical, affordable and can provide genuine help to our board and our owners…
Read MoreWhen our committee looks at a proposal for a fix-up item at Bay Scene, we're generally checking for two things.....how it will look when finished.....and the logic behind the proposal. Both are important. In making a recommendation to the board, the following items are helpful in evaluating the logic as well as the aesthetic appeal of a proposal…
