2023/2024 Storage Sticker Renewals

Bay Scene Storage (Wine Cellar) and Boat, Kayak and Bike Stickers for the period 08/01/2023~07/31/2024 are now available as follows:

$360.00 each—Wine Cellar Storage: Storage Areas located in Tower 3, no sticker

$360.00 each—Small Boat Storage: Storage area near beach for smaller Boats, sticker required

$480.00 each—Large Boat Storage: Storage area near beach for large Boats, sticker required

$15 each—Bikes stored in the garage racks (bikes parked in front of your designated parking space exempt)

$30 each—Numbered kayak/SUP board storage racks: Beach Racks and Tower 2 Elevator Racks

Fees must be paid and new stickers displayed by September 30, 2023.

Annual Election Results 2023

The Bay Scene Homeowners Associaon held their annual elecon on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 6:00PM. Meeng was held in-person inside the Bay Scene Recreaon Room. The purpose of the meeng was to fill FIVE (5) seats to serve a one-year term, and also vote on ballot items 2-4. A total of SIXTY-THREE (63) ballots were received, all SIXTY (63) were valid. The quorum of 50% was achieved, final quorum was 74%.
