Excavation Tower 3 & 4 January 12th 2026

We would like to inform you that excavation work will continue on Monday, January 12th, 2026 for towers 3 & 4. The construction team will be performing excavation along the perimeter of the building to access the podium deck. This work is necessary to complete critical waterproofing repairs that help protect the structure and long-term integrity of the building. This phase 1 of excavation and waterproofing work is expected to last approximately three (3) months.

What to Expect:

During this time, residents may experience:

• Loud construction machinery and equipment

• Vibrations

• Dust

Please be prepared for these daytime disruptions. To help minimize dust intrusion and protect your privacy, we strongly recommend keeping all windows closed during work hours.

During this time, there will be no pedestrian access on the westside of the property to ensure safety while heavy machinery is in operation. For your safety and convenience, clear signage will be posted at entrances and throughout the property identifying restricted areas and directing residents to alternative access points.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we undertake these critical improvements to the property.
