Proper Use of Organic Green Waste Bin

As part of our commitment to community cleanliness and environmental compliance, we need your immediate coöperation regarding our green organic waste bins.

Only green yard waste and loose food scraps are permitted in the green bin (located next to garage entrance gate).

What is NOT allowed:
• Plastic bags (even if they are filled with organic waste)
• Dog waste bags or pet waste of any kind
• Trash, recycling, or hazardous materials

The Consequences:
Our waste management service strictly monitors contamination. Placing plastic bags, dog waste bags, or non-organic trash into the green bins will result in the entire bin being flagged as contaminated.

Please note that the waste company will issue hefty fines to the association for contamination violations, which ultimately impacts our shared community budget.

Please empty food scraps directly into the bin and dispose of all plastic bags and pet waste in the regular trash dumpsters.
