Towers 1 and 2 Streetside Excavation

Excavation work will begin on Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. The construction team will be performing excavation along the perimeter of the building to access the podium deck. This work is necessary to complete critical waterproofing repairs that help protect the structure and long-term integrity of the building. This phase of excavation and waterproofing work is expected to last approximately four (4) months.

What to Expect:


During this time, residents will see and experience:

 

  • Southeast driveway closure during the first 3 weeks of excavation (02/17 – 03/06)

    • During this time, residents will be required to use the northeast driveway as the sole entrance and exit during work hours (8AM – 4PM).

  • Fencing installation along street side access beginning 02/11/26

  • Egress closure from Tower 1 to street.

  • Loud construction machinery and equipment

  • Vibrations

  • Dust

 

Please be prepared for these daytime disruptions. To help minimize dust intrusion and protect your privacy, we strongly recommend keeping all windows closed during work hours.


For your safety, please avoid areas where work is being performed. Certain areas of the property may have restricted access during the project. We kindly ask that you follow all posted signage and use designated alternative routes as needed.
