Balcony Repair Tentative Schedule

Below is the recently developed schedule of balcony repairs at Bay Scene.  These are the repairs that are included in both the 2023 and 2026 special assessments.  This is an initial schedule and subject to change, so don’t take the start dates too literally. However, this does provide the sequence of repairs. 

We are creating a poster size version of this schedule and will be posting it in the lobby.

You will also receive by email a separate notice prior to the start of repairs to your specific stack.
